Funding for Flood Relief
Dear Neighbors,
For those of you who were unable to attend our Neighborhood Association meeting last night, we were joined by special guests from the Mayor’s office. The City of St. Louis has been allocated funds to support long-term recovery in response to the flash flooding that impacted our city in the summer of 2022. To help determine how best to use these funds, the City is asking for our input!
The Ellendale Neighborhood Association board is asking the Community Development Administration (CDA) to consider assisting both those affected by flooding and those affected by sewer backups in July/August 2022.
Please consider completing their survey, whether you were impacted directly or indirectly. (Examples of indirect impact include damage to your neighborhood or place of work, but not direct damage to your home. This could include taking in displaced family or neighbors who suffered direct impact).
Participation is important! The more responses CDA receives from Ellendale residents the better positioned we will be for grant eligibility & priority.
