Ellendale cleanup schedule for 2021

Here is the cleanup schedule for Ellendale common areas for the year. These are “trash-only” cleanups. We will have gloves, trash bags, and hand-held “claws.” Please exercise social distancing & bring your own water. Thanks in advance for understanding & for your cooperation.

If there is interest in helping the beautification committee with organizing a vegetation removal in the area (biggest needs are Slay Park and east side of McCausland/Ellendale along River des Peres) please reach out to Matt Sisul.

Weekend 1 - Saturday, April 17th (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: east side of McCausland Avenue, between Southwest & Odell

(meet at intersection of Odell St and McCausland Ave)

Weekend 2 - Saturday, May 1st (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: north & south sides of Southwest Avenue, between Limit & McCausland

(meet at stairs, intersection of Southwest Ave and Ellendale Ave)

Weekend 3 - Saturday, May 15th (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: west side of McCausland Avenue, between Southwest & Emilie/Arsenal

(meet at intersection of Ellendale Ave and Emilie St)

Weekend 4 - Saturday, May 29th (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: Slay (Ellendale) Park, including east side of McCausland Avenue

(meet at Slay Park parking lot area)

Weekend 5 - Saturday, June 12th (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: east & west sides of McCausland Avenue, between Canterbury & Manhattan

(meet at Slay Park parking lot area)

Weekend 6 - Saturday, June 26th (9am-11am)

Cleanup area: east & west sides of McCausland Avenue, between Manhattan & Wellington

(meet at intersection of Ellendale Ave/Wellington Ave and Wellington Ct)
