It looks like we are late to the party. I own the property right accross from the proposed property which houses METRO Electric Supply.

The traffic on Arsenal going east is beyond capacity in front of METRO.

Customers going east on Arsenal already have major issues turning into Hudler to get to METRO. This is very dangerous epecially from cars going West on 44 getting off on the Arsenal Exit. These vehicles continue to speed off the Exit and onto west bound Arsenal not allowing drivers turning onto Hudler safely.

Also, cars coming south on Hudler trying to make a right or left on Arsenal have a very dangerous time going either way. It's like an accident waiting to happen.

Bill,

I am Daniel Hof, my family operates Hof Construction at Jamieson & Arsenal across from the planned site. I completely agree that building on this site will be a nightmare for traffic. To even consider development at the site, QT would need to dedicate serious funding and cede some of their lot to redevelop the intersection to even attempt to make the situation safer. This site is also expected to have a car wash on it which will generate even more traffic and lines out on to the streets.

I also think it will be a nightmare for security at our businesses. QTs tend to attract some people who may see our buildings as targets for theft and vandalism.…
