SLACO Regional Neighborhood 2016 Conference, Oct. 29
SLACO (St. Louis Association of Community Organizations) is hosting its 21st annual day-long conference on Saturday, October 29, At Harris-Stowe State University (3026 Laclede Avenue).
This year’s “Neighborhoods For Everyone” conference serves as a platform to bring together neighborhoods and community organization leaders to network, discuss, and learn about successful ways to form, lead, and build strong organizations.

7:45 a.m. — Check-in and continental breakfast in the Exhibit Hall where conference sponsors and City organizations will be on display with information and representatives to connect with.
8:45 a.m. Opening/Keynote presentation
9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p
9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. — Morning Sessions 1 & 2
12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. — Lunch
1:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. — Afternoon Sessions 1 & 2
3:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m — Mix and mingle or choose to attend the closing panel session
3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Closing Panel
Space is limited.Tickets are $30 (plus processing fee) if purchased by October 25th. $40 at the door.
Founded in 1978, SLACO serves as an umbrella and coalition for neighborhood associations in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
